Thank you for shopping with us. Because we partner with international suppliers to offer a wide range of sports and fitness products, please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12–24 hours of placement. After this window, your order may already be processed and shipped.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Due to the nature of dropshipping, return shipping costs may be higher than standard domestic shipping.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used fitness equipment or worn apparel
- Personal use items (e.g., resistance bands, yoga mats, etc.) once opened, for hygiene reasons
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order.
Shipping Times
Because we ship directly from our suppliers, delivery times may vary between 7–20 business days depending on your location.
Delays due to customs, carriers, or high demand are outside of our control.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
